A  STORY  OF  A TRAVELLER


               A traveller from a distant land arrived in a new country. He was asking people about their life while not revealing anything about his own. Asongbird sitting atop a tree saw him and said: " Welcome, Traveller! Speak your tongue. Do not be afraid. " Then she added: " I am trying to repair a broken nest. I am inviting you to help me if you can ". He joined her and after a few days suddenly left.

                Then he returned to the same place. The songbird said: " O traveller! You forgot me. You became upset and left while breaking my heart. Now that you are back, I am asking you, why did you leave me? " The traveller said: " By mistake, I left a found treasure behind. Realizing what I missed, I have returned to regain that treasure". The songbird said: "When it got dark, you became nervous and left. Tell me, what was my fault? " The traveller: " Now I have come back to be with you." The songbird became filled with joy and started singing.

               This is the story of a traveller who had arrived to a new country, from a distant land.

                                                            MOURNING                 Every adult human being goes thru an experience of loss of a loved one.  A period of mourning follows. Some of us try to cut short this period by escaping into  addiction, religious ritualism or a travelling spree. But this is not the best way to deal with the loss. We have to bear with the process of mourning. First thing to do is to stay in the same place with  courage and tolerate the pain and sadness of our loss. We have to digest all emotions of grieving. Recall all details of the event, again and again, without stopping tears. What is likely to follow is  some peaceful reckoning with reality and regaining positivity and motivation for life.
